Operating Guidelines

Start a Cycle

Press the power button once. The blue LED turns on and the 3-minute hydrogen generation cycle begins.

Automatic Cycle Completion

The hydrogen generation cycle stops automatically after approximately 3 minutes.

Power Off the Bottle

Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to completely power off the bottle before cleaning or storing.

MAX. TWO CYCLES

For a higher hydrogen concentration, you may run a second 3-minute cycle using the same water. Do not run more than two cycles using the same water.

Use Suitable Water

For optimal hydrogen generation, use clean drinking water, purified water, or mineral water. Do not use sugary drinks, juice, soda, or other sweetened beverages.

Water Temperature

For optimal hydrogen concentration, use water at a temperature between 10–40°C (50–104°F).

Keep the Base Dry

Never immerse the electronic generator base or charging port in water.

Cleaning & Descaling

If mineral deposits, unusual odor, or reduced performance appear, descale with food-grade citric acid or diluted white vinegar, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Make sure the charging connection is dry before connecting the USB cable.

Drink Within 30 Minutes

Hydrogen naturally dissipates from water over time. For maximum hydrogen retention, drink your hydrogen-rich water as soon as possible after generation and preferably within 30 minutes.

It can vary depending on the water you use. Hydrogen-rich water may taste very similar to regular water, although some people may notice a slight difference in taste or smell after the hydrogen generation cycle. Water source, mineral content, and overall water quality can influence the final experience. For the best results, we recommend using clean, good-quality drinking water.

You can use clean, potable drinking water. For optimal hydrogen generation, we recommend filtered or bottled water, especially in areas where tap water is very hard or contains high levels of minerals. Starting with clean, good-quality water can help provide a better overall hydrogen-water experience.

There’s no single required time to enjoy hydrogen-rich water. You can incorporate it into your routine whenever it works best for you — in the morning, throughout the day, around workouts, or whenever you normally reach for water. Consistency and regular hydration are more important than following a specific schedule.

For the best experience, drink your hydrogen-rich water as soon as the generation cycle is complete. Molecular hydrogen is a very small, highly diffusive gas and gradually escapes from water over time, especially when the container is left open. We recommend enjoying it fresh and, when possible, within approximately 30 minutes of generation to help retain more of the dissolved hydrogen.

We recommend generating hydrogen using plain drinking water only. If you’d like to add lemon, electrolytes, or other ingredients, add them after the hydrogen generation cycle is complete and preferably in a separate drinking container. Avoid running the hydrogen system with flavored beverages, juices, or other additives inside it.

No. Hydrogen-rich water and alkaline water are not the same. Alkaline water is primarily defined by its higher pH, while hydrogen-rich water is specifically focused on the presence of dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂).
